Dim Sum King was started by an owner who has loved making dim sum and bread since childhood. Growing up in China, he began learning the craft from a master at 17, perfecting his skills in every detail. Five years ago, he met a like-minded friend who shared his passion for dim sum. Together, they decided to open this dim sum shop to share their delicious and authentic Chinese dim sum with more people.

Every morning, the owner personally selects fresh ingredients and meticulously prepares each dish by hand. He ensures that every piece of dim sum and every bun is fresh, healthy, and delicious.
